Every year Delhi Tourism organizes an opulent Teej Utsav to celebrate 'the monsoon festival of Teej'. Teej is a festival dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati seeking blessings for marital bliss. Ladies dress up to nines on this day and swing with their friends singing the monsoon tunes.
